We are extremely pleased and proud to announce that our own JAVIER PAYAN was named SERVICE PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR for 2023 by the Pool and Hot Tub Association (PHTA)!
The Service Professional of the Year Award is a peer-nominated national award given annually to one PHTA service member who has advanced the service profession through outstanding achievements and dedication to the industry.
To be eligible for the award, Javier was required to meet the following criteria:
- Committed to being a positive role model for the profession and peers.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding industry standards in service.
- Employed in the pool, hot tub, or spa industry for at least five years.
- An active participant with PHTA at a local or national level.
- A current employee of a PHTA member company in good standing.
This is one of several industry-wide commendations Javier has received during his career. This is a great honor for a stand-up individual who will never be mistaken for just another pool person.
