The safety of our technicians is of the utmost importance, so much so that we require them to avoid any environment in which they feel unsafe. Therefore, we ask that you please control and/or contain your pet(s) prior to our visits.
We love pets and we look forward to seeing them on our routes (in fact, some of our technicians say it’s among their favorite parts of their jobs). In addition, we know that some pets are friendly and docile at all times. However, some are not, and it is difficult to know precisely how an animal might behave in all circumstances. When necessary, we will make repeated attempts to contact you to ensure that your pet is contained prior to our visit. Please help to provide our team members with a safe working environment by complying with any and all agreed-upon arrangements. Failure to do so may hinder our ability to perform repairs or provide service.
